Who we Are
At the Sunday Run Club, we believe in the power of community and movement to support mental health. Co-founded by Jack and Matthias, the club was born from our own experiences with mental health struggles and how running helped us overcome them. We aim to provide a space where people can come together, run at their own pace, and connect in a supportive environment.

February Runs
A new month, a new running schedule! This month, we’re introducing another exciting event announcement coming your way soon. 🚀
- Sunday, 2nd January: A refreshing 5km at Ta’ Qali to start the month strong.
- Sunday, 9th January: A 10km challenge with Dr Juice perfect for reaching a new running goal.
- Sunday, 16th January: A fun 5km with post-run refreshments from La Crema Malta.
All our runs are in support of Richmond Foundation Malta and their incredible work for mental health. 🤍 Let’s run together for a cause that matters.
